Residential Hourly Rate

*Paint and Materials are not included*

• 1-2 painters- $45.00 per hour
  
• 3-4 painters- $35.00 per hour
  
• 5+ painters- $30.00 per hour

NOTE:
Minimum 8 hours for one painter
After hours and weekends are not included
This rate is based on 8 hrs a day only. Anything past 8 hours is overtime and will be charged time and a half
Paint, primer and materials such as plastic, paper, masking tape, caulking, sand paper is not included and will be billed according to amount used
Hourly rate is set and it includes liability insurance, workman’s comp, & payroll taxes
Drop cloths, ladders, spray machines & tools are included
All rental equipment such as boom lifts and scissor lifts are not included
